If you need to cancel your booking due to illness or an emergency, you can receive a full or partial refund depending on the notice period. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
No Refund After Participation
Once a tour or activity has been completed, refunds can no longer be issued.
Payments
Payments can be made in USD, EUR, CHF or EGP (local currency). A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Health & Safety
